DELIVERY POLICY
What You Need to Know
We deliver within the Hobson Bay local government area for free. Deliveries within metropolitan Melbourne and Greater Geelong can be organised for a $30 delivery fee.
Delivery times will be agreed upon confirmation of the order quote.
If there is nowhere safe for us to leave your order and no one is at home your order will return to Bay Botanical HQ. Re-delivery can be arranged for a $15 fee.

If there are any concerns about the condition of your purchase please email us at baybotanicalaltona@gmail.com with photos showing any problems within 7 days of receiving your items.
Customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, within their consumer rights.
